1. WHY SHOULD I BUY ORANGES FROM NATURORANGE INSTEAD OF GOING TO A STORE?
We grow our oranges in a part of Spain considered to have the best orange groves in the world. They go straight from our trees to your doorstep inn just 24 hours from the harvest time, without any chemical treatments, cold storage or distributors involved; when they reach you their aspect, flavour and nutritional properties are intact.

The orders are always delivered in 24 hours, in Spain by ground shipments and for the rest of Europe by airfreights. Therefore you will enjoy the taste and freshness of a real orange or clementine.
You can make you order any time as NaturOrange online shop is always available 24/7. You will only note the day you place your order as the delivery will arrive the same week or the week after because the shipments are sent two days a week.
The shipments depart every Monday and Wednesday. Making your order by airfreight the oranges will be delivered in 24 hours, that means Tuesday or Thursday respectively.
The delivery days are Tuesday and Thursday as the oranges are harvested and sent the same day -Monday and Wednesday respectively- so we ensure you will enjoy the taste and freshness of a real Valencian orange or clementine in just 24 hours after being picked from the tree.
If you believe that you will not be home that day, please let us know in either the Comments section of your order form or by email. We will try to arrange delivery when it suits you best (please note weekends are not an option). You can also give us a different address (workplace, a relative or neighbour, etc).
5. WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?
The transport company will contact you on the phone number you gave us. They will also leave their contact details so that you can call and arrange a new delivery date.

7. SHOULD I PAY FOR SHIPPING SEPARATELY?
For all shipments, both to Spain and for the rest of Europe, the transport cost and the VAT are included in the total price that appears in every product on our website.
If you want to give us special instructions, you can contact us before your order or leave us a comment while you are completing your order.
9. DO I GET ANY DEALS IF I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OR I MAKE A LARGE ORDER?
10. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER PERIODICALLY?
If you would like to receive oranges periodically, please let us know by clicking here. We will tell you the price of your order (discount included) and the different payment options available (e.g. bank transfer or direct debit). Should you wish to change the content and/or terms of your order, you can do so the week before each delivery.
11. HOW MANY PIECES DO NORMALLY FIT IN 1KG?
Usually, 1kg oranges is 4-5 oranges, depending of the variety and the season. 1kg mandarins is 7 to 9 pieces of fruit, also depending on the variety and season.
12. HOW MANY ORANGES ARE NEEDED TO MAKE A GLASS OF JUICE?
A 250ml glass takes 2 or 3 oranges (depending on their size, variety and how you squeeze them). A glass of orange juice a day means 17 to 18 oranges (3.5kg) per person per week.
13. HOW SHOULD I STORE ORANGES IN MY HOUSE?
Oranges last 10 to 15 days at room temperature (longer if refrigerated) and still taste excellent. For best results, we recommend storage them in a cool, ventilated area and out of direct sunlight. The box containing your order includes a Recommendations slip to keep the oranges in perfect conditions.
14. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ORANGE WE PEEL AND EAT AND THE ORANGES WESQUEEZE?
They are the same in terms of quality, freshness and flavour – the difference is aesthetic. The oranges suited for juice are more irregular in size and shape, and at first glance it may seem they have more peel imperfections. NATURORANGE selects only the best of each season and we send oranges suitable for both juicing and eating; the price is the same whether you drink or eat them.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives in a less-than-perfect condition, the customer should decline the delivery and, without signing the delivery sheet, contact us immediately so we will arrange a new consignment at no extra cost. If after receiving the order and signing the delivery sheet you are not satisfied with the product, please let us know about it in detail so we will solve your issue as soon as possible. Please note that all orders shipped by NaturOrange include an extra 0.5 to 1kg stock as compensation for any damage during the shipping.
